Virtual Care

Debbie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with advanced expertise in pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, followed by an Orthopedic Residency at the University of Miami. She became board certified in orthopedic physical therapy in 2022.

Debbie’s passion for pelvic health grew out of her desire to address areas of healthcare that are too often overlooked. She specializes in treating conditions related to pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and postpartum recovery, blending her orthopedic background with advanced pelvic health training. She is also certified in Polestar Pilates, which she integrates into her work to help patients rebuild strength, coordination, and confidence in their bodies.

In her practice, Debbie takes a whole-person, compassionate approach. She believes that pelvic health is integral to overall well-being and is committed to breaking the stigma around conversations about bladder, bowel, and sexual health for both men and women. Her patients value her ability to combine thorough clinical reasoning with empathy, creating a supportive environment that empowers them to understand and trust their bodies.

Beyond the clinic, Debbie is actively involved in education and mentorship. She serves as a clinical instructor for DPT students, contributes to research and case reports in pelvic health, and is dedicated to advancing the profession through teaching and collaboration.

Whether helping new moms recover in postpartum, helping someone have sex pain free, or get back into weightlifting without urinary leakage, Debbie’s goal is the same: to help people move through life with greater ease, confidence, and resilience.
