Childcare Policy

(Effective May 13, 2024)

We are pleased you have chosen Origin Physical Therapy (FL), PLLC, Origin Physical Therapy (CA), Inc., Clampett Physical Therapy (NY), PLLC, Sullivan Physical Therapy, LLC, Origin Physical Therapy (NJ), LLC, Fiat Physical Therapy, LLC, To The Core Physical Therapy & Conditioning, LLC, The Rosipal Institute for Pelvic Therapy Solutions, PLLC and / or The Origin Way, Inc. (individually or collectively referred to herein as "Origin") for your needs.

Our goal is to create a supportive environment for our patients and ensure they can benefit from their visits. We understand that many of our parent patients have childcare limitations, and also know that in some cases, having 1:1 time with a physical therapist without children present can be supportive in achieving treatment goals.

To support our patients and maintain a safe clinical environment, we have implemented the following policy:

  • If your appointment is scheduled in a private room, you may bring your child with you as long as your child remains in the private room for the duration of your treatment.
  • If your appointment is scheduled on the treatment floor:
    • You may bring your child to your appointment as long as they are able to remain in a car seat or stroller for the duration of your treatment.
    • For the safety of you and your child, and to be respectful of all patients in the space, your child cannot be crawling or moving around the treatment space.
    • If your child becomes fussy, you may be asked by your PT to step outside to calm them down in order to maintain a respectful environment for all patients.
    • For your child’s safety and for the comfort of all patients, we are unable to allow older children on the treatment floor.
  • Children cannot be left unsupervised at any time.

Real talk: you’re not alone. If childcare is preventing you from receiving the care you need, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can discuss options.
