Physical Therapist
She/Her
Virtual Care

Heather grew up on the East Coast and earned both her undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. In 2020, she relocated to Colorado, where she become and orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist. Heather’s interest in pelvic health grew as she witnessed how little attention it received not only from the public but also within the medical and physical therapy professions. Determined to change this, she has made it her mission to break the stigma around pelvic floor care and improve support for those experiencing related conditions.Heather chose physical therapy because she believes there’s nothing more fundamental than improving human function, whether it’s running, lifting, peeing, pooping, or having sex. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based, fitness-forward principles, always centered on deeply listening to her patients and viewing them holistically.

Heather has significant experience helping patients through pregnancy and postpartum, and she has a particular passion for guiding athletes, including high-level and professional competitors, who are navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or managing pelvic pain. She also enjoys helping individuals experiencing pubic symphysis pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and stress incontinence, and she is experienced in treating patients of all anatomies.Having personally dealt with UTIs, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery, Heather recognizes how helpful accessible, insurance-based, and virtual physical therapy can be. She is excited to join Origin to further expand access to quality pelvic health care for all.Outside of work, Heather lives in Colorado with her daughter and husband. She loves trail running, skiing, hiking, lifting heavy weights, and experimenting in the kitchen, always making time to enjoy the sunshine.
