Physical Therapist
She/Her
Brentwood

Naomi is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She is a holistic therapist with specializations in Yoga Therapy (RYT), Massage Therapy (LMT) and Functional fitness (ACE/AFAA) . She combines evidence-based physical therapy practices with yoga, bodywork, massage, exercise, and various mind body techniques to develop treatment plans that emphasize functional core strength, mobility and flexibility for functional fitness. This form of Physio-yoga allows her to help clients realign and stabilize the body, retrain damaged tissues, heal acute or chronic issues and achieve long-term pain free movement.

Naomi became passionate about pelvic health after noticing how many women in her family and friend group faced pelvic floor concerns. This inspired her to delve deeper into the pelvic health specialty, bringing her holistic expertise to support women’s health at every stage. She is especially skilled in working with individuals experiencing osteoporosis, sciatica, and low back pain.

Outside of work, you’ll find Naomi playing Capoeira, studying new languages, practicing yoga or Pilates, or enjoying a well-deserved nap. Her compassionate and integrative approach empowers clients to reconnect with their bodies and move confidently through life.
