She/Her
Salt Lake City

Janair received a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy in Brazil in 2013 and, after completing board certification in the United States in 2023, began working with orthopedic patients while specializing in pelvic floor therapy. She brings a holistic approach to care and has particular expertise in treating urinary and bowel incontinence, consitpation, piriformis syndrome, and postpartum diastis recti, always with sensitivity to each patient’s culture and religion.

With valuable experience supporting minorities, immigrants, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, she is dedicated to providing inclusive, patient-centered care and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

As a former Pilates instructor in Brazil, Janair integrates Pilates principles into her treatment, helping patients strengthen and engage deep core and pelvic floor muscles. This whole-person approach is central to her care with patients experiencing pelvic dysfunction, sacroiliac dysfunction, urinary and fecal incontinence, and pelvic pain.

Janair is especially passionate about working at Origin, recognizing that pelvic floor dysfunction can affect all aspects of a patient’s life, often leading to isolation and self-esteem issues. She believes that restoring function brings not only physical relief, but also renewed joy, hope, and participation in meaningful activities.

Outside of work, Janair enjoys spending time with her family, appreciating nature, cooking, and learning new things.Se habla español. Ela fala português.
