Jeannie Eshlemann is a graduate of Penn State University’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program and brings over 24 years of experience in orthopedics, with a particular focus on women’s health over the past four years. She specializes in pregnancy, postpartum care, and diastasis recti. Jeannie is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, having completed a 200-hour Vinyasa training at Charm City Yoga and a 20-hour Pelvic Floor Yoga™ certification with Leslie Howard. Her holistic approach to care emphasizes whole-body healing, integrating alignment, breath work, and core strengthening to support each patient in reaching their goals. Outside of work, Jeannie lives in Baltimore with her husband, daughter, and son. She enjoys exploring local nature trails, relaxing at the neighborhood pool, and spending quality time with her family during movie nights.
