Lindsey Christian, MPT

Lindsey Christian, MPT, is a Southern California native and licensed physical therapist with a passion for women's health and whole-body wellness. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Science from Concordia University Irvine and her Master’s in Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge.

Lindsey began her career at Providence Saint John’s Health Center, later transitioning into an orthopedic and sports therapy setting where she practiced for over seven years. For the past four years, she has specialized in pelvic health—an area that deeply resonates with her both professionally and personally.

A former collegiate volleyball player, Lindsey’s own journey through injury and rehabilitation sparked her calling to physical therapy. That firsthand experience gave her a unique perspective on recovery and resilience, shaping her compassionate and individualized approach to patient care.

As a mother of four, Lindsey is especially passionate about supporting women through all stages of life—whether they're navigating postpartum recovery, balancing careers, or pursuing athletic goals. She is committed to helping her patients thrive in every role they hold.

Outside the clinic, Lindsey enjoys high-energy OrangeTheory workouts, savoring a good cup of coffee, and soaking up the Southern California sunshine with her husband and four children.
