Simone Pickett, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant
She/Her
Plano

Simone graduated from Lone Star College, in The Woodlands, Texas. She brings a holistic and compassionate approach to her work. Her own journey with chronic pelvic pain inspired her to pursue pelvic floor therapy, fueling her passion to let others know that pain doesn’t have to be forever and relief is possible. She especially enjoys helping patients experiencing pelvic pain and constipation, and also treats individuals with penile anatomy.

With a strong interest in yoga and the impact of breath on the nervous system, Simone integrates elements of mindfulness and movement into her care. She is deeply drawn to eastern practices that explore sexuality and embodiment, and believes in empowering patients to return to their bodies with confidence and trust. Simone loves that her work allows her to guide people toward meaningful healing and reconnection with themselves.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Simone meditating in the woods or engaged in other holistic pursuits that nurture both body and mind. She is grateful for the opportunity to support others on their path to healing.
