Dr. Tatyana Joseph , PT, DPT
Dr. Tatyana Joseph earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marist College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a compassionate approach, she is committed to helping individuals restore function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.
Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including outpatient orthopedics, pediatrics, and pelvic floor therapy. Dr. Joseph has a particular passion for working with individuals in the prenatal and postpartum periods, as well as those experiencing chronic pelvic pain. She takes a personalized, holistic approach to care, aiming to treat the root cause—not just the symptoms.
Her academic research centers on identifying and addressing sex bias within Doctor of Physical Therapy curricula, reflecting her deep commitment to equity, inclusivity, and patient-centered education. She is currently licensed to practice in both Florida and Texas.
Dr. Joseph is especially drawn to pelvic health because it allows her to support individuals coping with “invisible pain”—the kind that doctors may overlook, but affects daily life. Her mission is to listen deeply, provide effective and empathetic care, and to help make those symptoms a distant memory. She reminds her patients that just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s normal.
Outside of work, Dr. Joseph enjoys listening to audiobooks and music, spending quality time with friends and family, and dragging her husband to yet another food spot because yes, food can be a love language.
