Dr. Traci Terhaar , PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
She/Her
Colorado

Traci was born and raised in Colorado, where she developed a deep appreciation for outdoor sports and mountain activities. Growing up on a ranch, she spent her youth caring for animals and riding horses—a love for the outdoors that she continues to share with her own family, including her husband, two young children, and chocolate lab.

Traci became a physical therapist out of a fascination with the complexities of the human body and a commitment to helping others live healthier, more active lives. Her interest in pelvic floor therapy was sparked by her own postpartum rehabilitation after a difficult labor and delivery with her daughter, culminating in a C-section and prolapse. This experience revealed both the challenges of recovery and the lack of accessible resources for new parents and inspired her to learn as much as possible about pelvic health. Motivated to fill this gap, Traci launched a pelvic floor program in her local community and has since expanded her impact through telehealth, making expert guidance accessible to those in rural areas or with demanding schedules.

Traci is passionate about providing compassionate, convenient care and empowering each patient with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive. She especially is dedicated to educating and uplifting every pregnant and postpartum individual she works with, ensuring they feel prepared, supported, and understood.

Outside of her practice, Traci enjoys playing with her chocolate lab and three-year-old, and taking every opportunity to get outside and explore the beauty of the Colorado mountains.
