Is virtual care covered by insurance?

We're dedicated to expanding in-network care nationwide.

Currently, we're proud to be in-network with Cigna in most states and with most major commercial insurers in California and Texas. To see all in-network plans by region, visit our Info Hub.

Important Insurance Reminders:

Since each plan varies, we can't always verify your telehealth coverage before your appointment. Call your insurance company to confirm details, including your financial responsibility, visit limits, and any required authorizations.

Other Insurance Notes:

  • Unfortunately, we can't accept Medicare or Medicaid for virtual care
  • If we're not in-network with your plan, we're happy to provide a Superbill to submit for reimbursement (sometimes up to 50% - 80%)
  • If you're uninsured or your insurance denies coverage, we're here for you as a self-pay patient – our cash rates is $150 per visit
