The cost of your care will depend on whether you're going through insurance or paying out of pocket.

Origin is in-network with Cigna in most states. We're also in-network with most major insurance plans in California and Texas. If we are not able to accept your insurance, we can still see you as a self-pay patient.

If we're in-network with your insurance, the cost of your visits will be determined by the details of your plan.

If you have a deductible that applies to physical therapy, each visit will cost between $75 and $150 until your deductible is met.

If you have already met your deductible (or if your deductible does not apply to physical therapy), you'll likely be responsible for a copay or coinsurance, usually between $10 and $40.

If we're out-of-network (OON) with your insurance plan, we can provide you with a Superbill that you can use to apply for a reimbursement of up to 50 to 80% of the cost of your visits. Exactly how much you get back will depend on your OON benefits and whether you're met your OON deductible.

If you’d like to know more details before scheduling, call the member services line on your insurance card to ask about your physical therapy benefits. An agent will be able to explain the cost of your treatment specific to your plan.
