We know not everyone has a home gym ready! Not to worry, you don't need specific equipment for a virtual visit.

That said, if you have a yoga mat, exercise bands, or home workout equipment, it is a good idea to have them on hand. We also recommend a mirror (we love this ergonomic, award winning one) if you want to do an at-home pelvic self-check.
