Dr. Breasha Blaylock, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
She/Her
West Loop

Breasha is deeply committed to patient education and to helping people make sense of what is happening in their own bodies. She creates space where questions feel welcome and where parts of health that can be difficult or uncomfortable to discuss feel approachable, and she believes that no one should have to navigate pelvic health concerns alone or in silence.

She especially enjoys treating vestibulodynia and supporting patients postpartum. Breasha's path to pelvic health began before physical therapy school, rooted in her background in public and sexual health. A pelvic health guest lecturer during her first semester of PT school confirmed a direction she had already been considering. Her clinical career began in general acute care, where she built experience working with patients navigating complex medical and mobility challenges, but pelvic health never left her mind and eventually drew her back to the specialty that had first caught her attention.

Breasha earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, bringing both her public health background and her hands-on clinical experience in acute care to her pelvic health practice. Her public health roots inform how she thinks about access, education, and the importance of making space for conversations that don't happen nearly enough.
