Dr. Christina Tran, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
She/Her
Northwest Austi

Christina is passionate about making sure her patients know that help is available and that their symptoms are real, treatable, and worth addressing. She believes pelvic health issues are far too often left undiscussed, and that everyone deserves access to clear, compassionate care for a part of their health that so many navigate in silence.

She especially enjoys treating urinary incontinence and urgency, fecal incontinence, and supporting patients through pregnancy and postpartum low back and girdle pain. Christina found her way to pelvic health in an unexpected way: years of heavy lifting since high school had left her with her own pelvic floor dysfunction, something she didn't recognize until she stumbled into the specialty during her Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. That experience made the work feel personal, and it confirmed for her how important it is to give people access to care and education they didn't know they could seek. She welcomes patients of all anatomies.

Christina's love of movement began long before her career did. In high school, she joined the Navy JROTC Physical Training team, competing at the state championship level and building a hands-on understanding of human anatomy and physiology that she carried into her studies. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University, then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. As a HYROX athlete and Pilates practitioner, Christina understands both what it feels like to push through high-intensity training and the value of slowing down to move with control and precision, and she brings that understanding to how she works with patients.
