Dr. Claudia Koerner, PT, DPT
Claudia is passionate about building genuine connections with her patients and making them feel safe, supported, and empowered to work toward their goals. After years of leaving doctor's appointments with unanswered questions and feeling misunderstood, she became determined to be the kind of provider who makes other women feel truly seen. She wants every patient to know that no information is too much information.
She especially enjoys treating incontinence, dyspareunia, and supporting patients through pregnancy and postpartum, and also has significant experience in post-prostatectomy rehabilitation. Claudia's practice is centered around a whole-body approach, and as a dedicated yogi of five-plus years, she weaves elements of yoga and Pilates into her work to help patients build a mind-body connection with their pelvic floor.
Originally from Cumming, Georgia, Claudia is a proud University of Georgia graduate — Go Dawgs! — who went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Georgia State University in Atlanta. She has also completed extensive research on the effectiveness of pelvic floor physical therapy in the pediatric population.
Outside the clinic, Claudia loves trying new food, recipes, and cocktails with her partner, thrifting, and tending to her plants, and watching Greys Anatomy.
