
Dr. Emily Durham PT, DPT, OCS, PRPC
Emily is a passionate Physical Therapist dedicated to partnering with her patients to help them achieve their goals. She earned her Bachelor’s in Biochemistry with a Minor in Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she pursued research and developed interests in Tai Chi and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
Emily’s post-doctoral training includes specialization in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. She completed an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited Orthopedic Residency in 2021 and soon after became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certified. She is also certified in Dry Needling.
Emily brings broad clinical expertise to her practice, with particular interest in treating urinary and fecal urgency and incontinence, lumbo-sacral dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and supporting patients throughout pregnancy and postpartum. She also has experience treating patients with penile anatomy and believes strongly in providing an inclusive environment for all. Emily is committed to reducing the stigma that can surround pelvic floor conditions and strives to show her patients that they are not alone and that improvement is possible.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys hiking with her dog, stand up paddle boarding, rock climbing, snowboarding, dancing, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
