Dr. Flavia Ziegler , PT, CLT

Flavia is a compassionate physical therapist, birth doula, and certified lymphedema therapist with a strong passion for birth and postpartum care. She specializes in treating urinary incontinence, pain with intercourse, as well as pregnancy and postpartum conditions. Flavia provides inclusive care for trans and male patients and also supports individuals recovering from post-operative aesthetic procedures.

Her journey in healthcare began as a massage therapist, where she witnessed the profound impact of hands-on care and developed a holistic, patient-centered approach. This foundation inspired her to pursue further education and become a physical therapist, broadening her ability to help people restore function and confidence in their bodies. Flavia is deeply invested in creating a supportive, empowering environment for every patient she treats, believing that true healing involves both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Flavia’s passion for pelvic floor physical therapy was ignited when she how effective treatment for pain with intercourse could transform a patient’s life and even help them start a family. Witnessing the dramatic improvements in her patients’ quality of life, she became devoted to pelvic health, helping individuals move beyond pain and regain hope.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. She loves running, biking, planning family adventures, and delights in simple pleasures like a good cup of coffee or a scoop of ice cream.
