I am originally from Istanbul, Turkey. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in Turkey in 2017, I worked for a year before deciding to continue my career in the United States. Since the number of licensed Turkish physical therapists in the US is very low, I dedicated myself to this path and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana in 2019.

While preparing my capstone project, I was introduced to the field of pelvic floor health and was amazed by how many people silently suffer from issues often told to be “normal.” The more I learned, the more passionate I became, realizing that even small changes can completely transform someone’s life. I knew I had to be part of this work. I completed pelvic floor courses with Hermann and Wallace, and I believe a good treatment plan must be holistic and grounded in the right physical therapy approach.

Currently, I am sharing my knowledge on social media to raise awareness in my home country, which has become a heartfelt mission for me.In my free time, you can find me paddleboarding with my husband, walking with my child, filming videos for my social media, practicing hot yoga, or running at Zilker Park.
