Physical Therapist
They/Them
Glendale

Grace is a board-certified women's health physical therapist specializing in pelvic health. Their care is relational and unhurried, with consent practices at the forefront of every interaction. They bring a whole-person approach to helping patients address pelvic pain, endometriosis, pregnancy-related pelvic pain, and sexual health concerns, and have a particular commitment to working with trans and gender non-conforming patients.

Grace's path to this work is personal. Having lived with pelvic pain from a young age as a result of trauma, their own healing journey ultimately led them to pelvic floor physical therapy. That lived experience, combined with a deep passion for helping others reconnect with their bodies, shapes everything about how they show up for patients.

As a birth doula, yoga therapist candidate, breathwork facilitator, and Ironman athlete, Grace brings a rich understanding of the body in motion, in stillness, and in transition. These experiences inform a practice rooted in empowerment, education, and the belief that everyone deserves access to this kind of care.

Outside the clinic, Grace can be found reading books on decolonizing the mind, lifting weights, swimming at the local pool, cooking dinner for their chosen family, and dreaming big with their wife. They share their home with a dog named Arlo and a Bengal cat named Lola.
