Kari Lyke, PT

Physical Therapist
She/Her
Northwest Austin

Kari Lyke is a 2008 graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She has been passionate about women’s health and pelvic floor therapy since her earliest studies, inspired by the profound support she’s seen among women in nurturing one another’s well-being. Kari’s treatment philosophy centers on the belief that the body works as a connected whole, both physically and energetically, and she is dedicated to addressing not just symptoms, but the entire person.

As a marathon runner, Kari brings a unique perspective to her clinical care, helping others overcome physical challenges and injuries so they can return to the activities they love. She is especially skilled in treating low back pain, myofascial conditions, and both acute and chronic injuries. Kari’s personal experiences with IVF, pregnancy, vaginal and C-section births, and her own journey with pelvic floor and back issues have given her a deep empathy for her patients, as well as firsthand understanding of the obstacles they may face.

Kari believes that everyone, regardless of gender, deserves expert support for pelvic health throughout life. She is committed to making a meaningful difference for each patient, empowering them to regain confidence, function, and joy in their daily routines.

Outside of work, Kari enjoys running with her two huskies, watching movies with her kids, hiking with her husband, baking sourdough bread, staying up to date on the real estate market, spending time with friends, and presenting at public speaking events.
