Dr. Lindsay Lindquist, PT, DPT
Lindsay earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago in 2008, following a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Wheaton College (IL). With more than 15 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in treating a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, orthopedic rehabilitation, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
After the birth of her first child in 2013, Lindsay developed a profound passion for pelvic health, which inspired her to specialize in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, and beyond. She is especially skilled at helping moms return to exercise and joyful movement, drawing from her own experience as an active mother of four and her personal love of running, swimming, and weightlifting.
Lindsay particularly enjoys working with patients experiencing urinary and fecal incontinence, dyspareunia, and postpartum recovery (both vaginal and C-section). Her interest in pelvic floor therapy was sparked by her own journey after childbirth, which required her to re-learn how to move and exercise. This experience drives her commitment to helping others regain confidence, strength, and connection with their bodies after birth, surgery, menopause, or other medical challenges.
Lindsay is committed to whole-body, evidence-based care that empowers patients to take charge of their health. She combines her clinical expertise with empathy and clear communication, helping patients return to the activities they love with renewed confidence.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her kids from the sidelines, and being outside as much as possible.
