Mamata received her bachelor's degree in physical therapy and later earned a master's degree in physical therapy from India in 2010. She worked as a teaching faculty and clinical instructor for over three years and also worked in home healthcare, providing care to patients with diverse medical conditions. Mamata then moved to the United States and pursued a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Andrews University, graduating in 2020. She has treated patients with various medical conditions and needs in skilled nursing facilities and acute care rehabilitation, focusing on helping them regain their mobility, strength, and independence.

Mamata's personal journey through pregnancy and childbirth sparked her passion for women's health. She has found her calling in the field of pelvic health and is committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment where patients can openly discuss this vital aspect of their well-being. She is dedicated to helping women have positive experiences during these transformative times.As a certified yoga instructor, Mamata has experience teaching yoga to children and women for several years. She has recently obtained certification in aerial yoga and is currently enjoying the process of discovering and exploring this unique form of yoga practice. Mamata believes in adopting a comprehensive approach towards patient care that encompasses the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul. She also acknowledges the crucial role of social and environmental factors in achieving optimal health outcomes.

Mamata is currently residing in Round Rock with her husband and son. When not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing board games, traveling, watching movies, reading books, and listening to podcasts. Mamata is a polygot in several Indian languages: Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.
