She/Her

Physical Therapist

Brentwood

Meredith is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and has always had a deep-rooted connection to her community wherever she has lived. She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Health and Sports Studies from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) in 2006. She then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania in 2009.

With over a decade of experience, Meredith has specialized in orthopedics and sports medicine. She has a passion for the pediatric and adolescent populations, and was able to grow tremendously as a clinician during her 8+ years at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. During her tenure, she actively participated in research endeavors focusing on the ACL and patellar instability. Meredith's professional journey led her to work as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist in Colorado for nearly four years before settling in California in 2022. It was during her recent pregnancy and postpartum experiences where she developed a vast interest in treating the pregnant and postpartum populations.

Driven by her belief that "movement is medicine", Meredith is committed to guiding and supporting individuals as they navigate the changes and uncertainties their bodies may face. She strives to empower others by helping them engage in safe and effective exercise. Her approach focuses on building relationships, knowledge, strength, mobility, and confidence.

Outside of work, Meredith cherishes quality time with her family and friends. You can find her at the beach, taking walks in her neighborhood, or participating in a mom's exercise class at the park. She and her husband have hiked countless trails in Colorado, and are now working through their California bucket-list. Their newest addition to the family is their son, Tripp, who joins their beloved goldendoodle in bringing joy and laughter into their lives.
