Dr. Nicole Lee, PT, DPT
Nicole believes that pelvic health concerns deserve to be taken seriously, not normalized, dismissed, or left unspoken. She takes an individualized approach to care, considering the whole person and the connection between mind, body, movement, lifestyle, and overall well-being, and is committed to helping every patient feel heard, understood, and confident in their body.
She especially enjoys treating pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, and pain with intercourse, and supporting patients through their pre- and postpartum journeys. She also has a special interest in pelvic floor concerns related to hypermobility, an area she knows personally. Nicole's passion for this work was sparked during her first year of PT school, when a lab instructor who was a pelvic floor physical therapist opened her eyes to how often these conditions are normalized or left unspoken. As a lifelong athlete with a background in gymnastics, competitive cheerleading, Division I collegiate cheerleading, and marathon running, Nicole saw firsthand how stress urinary incontinence was routinely brushed off as simply normal. She believes that common does not mean normal, and that no one should have to accept symptoms that impact their quality of life.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. She went on to become certified in APTA Pelvic Health Levels 1 and 2, and completed her final clinical rotation at Origin, where she deepened her passion for pelvic health before joining the team.
