Dr. Pranavi Depur, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
She/Her
WeHo

Pranavi believes that caring for your body is a lifelong journey, and that pelvic floor physical therapy should be a space where patients feel comfortable asking questions, speaking openly about their symptoms, and taking an active role in their care. She approaches treatment with the whole body in mind, recognizing the deep connections between the pelvic floor, breathing, movement, strength, and overall body awareness.

She especially enjoys helping patients navigating sexual dysfunction and pregnancy-related orthopedic conditions. Pranavi also welcomes patients with penile anatomy. Her interest in pelvic floor physical therapy was sparked during her very first clinical rotation in PT school, where working with a patient showed her how meaningful this work could be. From that moment on, she became passionate about opening up conversations around topics that don't get talked about enough.

Pranavi earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200). She integrates breathwork, mindful movement, and trauma-informed cueing into her sessions to support pelvic floor coordination, core stability, and nervous system regulation, bringing a whole-person perspective to everything she does.

Outside the clinic, you can find Pranavi searching for her next great read.
