Dr. Priyanka Mhalagi, PT, MPT, DPT, PCES
Priyanka is driven by a simple truth she learned early in her career: too many people suffer in silence. She is passionate about breaking down the stigmas that keep patients from seeking pelvic health care, and believes that with the right guidance, real relief is possible. For her, there is nothing more rewarding than helping a patient realize they do not have to live with their symptoms.
Priyanka specializes in urinary incontinence, pelvic pain of various origins, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis rectus abdominis, and is also expanding her work with pediatric and transgender populations.
Priyanka began her career in India, where she earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees with a focus in Women's Health, and developed her passion for pelvic floor care through clinical research on second-trimester antenatal care. She later moved to California to earn her Post-Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University. After eight years in orthopedic and geriatric settings, she launched and scaled a pelvic floor PT program in the Texas Hill Country in 2020, growing it into a thriving practice.
