Bio

Sarah graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2002. While at SDSU, she decided to become a physical therapist after seeing the amazing impact physical therapy had in helping her mom recover from a work injury. She graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from California State University Northridge in 2006.

While Sarah really enjoyed treating various orthopedic conditions, she especially loved helping patients prepare for labor, improve their postpartum recovery, and minimize pelvic pain. She wanted to further improve access to quality care in pelvic health, so she began furthering her education. In 2020, she earned Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, and she has also taken multiple courses through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation
Institute. Sarah is passionate about balancing skilled manual therapy, function based exercises, and movement training to help people move and feel better throughout each stage of life.
