Dr. Shweta Sethi, MPT, DPT, PCES
Shweta creates a respectful, supportive space where patients feel comfortable openly discussing their concerns. She is dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-informed care and takes a collaborative approach to treatment, combining patient education, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy to help each person understand their body and reach their individual goals.
She especially enjoys treating stress and urge urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, SI joint pain, and dyspareunia, and supporting patients through postpartum recovery. Shweta's path to pelvic health is personal. After becoming a mother and facing her own pelvic floor challenges, she understood firsthand how often these concerns go unaddressed and how much of a difference the right care can make. That experience drives her commitment to this work.
Shweta earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy in India before going on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. She completed advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and brings a broad clinical background to her patients, with experience in orthopedic physical therapy, pain management, dry needling, neurological rehabilitation, and vestibular therapy. She is also a certified Lamaze childbirth educator, which deepens her care for patients preparing for birth or navigating the postpartum period.
