Dr. Sneha Thomas, PT, DPT, OCS
Sneha approaches each patient as a whole person rather than simply treating a diagnosis, and she believes that effective physical therapy begins with listening. She strives to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to ask questions. By partnering closely with each patient, she provides evidence-based, individualized care that helps them feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies.
She especially enjoys treating low back pain, hip pain, and knee pain, and she loves working with nearly any orthopedic condition and most vestibular issues. Having loved helping patients with orthopedic conditions throughout her career, Sneha chose pelvic floor physical therapy because she wanted to learn a new skill that would allow her to help people in a new way. There is a significant need for pelvic health care and not enough providers to meet it, and she wants to be part of changing that. She brings her orthopedic experience into her pelvic health practice.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Sneha earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University. She began her career in outpatient orthopedic and vestibular care, treating a wide variety of orthopedic and balance conditions. That work sparked her passion for helping patients better understand their bodies and feel confident in their ability to improve their health and function. She is an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and has also earned a vestibular certification and Level 1 dry needling certification.
Outside the clinic, Sneha enjoys spending time with her husband and family, exploring new restaurants and foods, staying active, and growing in her faith. When she has a free moment, you'll find her curled up with a good book.
