Dr. Taylor Steele, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
She/Her
Sugar Land

Taylor is passionate about helping people feel supported and truly heard throughout their pelvic health journey. She creates a safe, welcoming environment where patients feel empowered to ask questions, share their concerns, and be themselves without fear of judgment, and is dedicated to personalized, compassionate care that considers each patient's unique experiences, goals, and story.

She especially enjoys treating scoliosis, rib dysfunction, and sciatica. Taylor's path to pelvic floor physical therapy grew out of her background in spine care: working alongside pelvic floor therapists in an orthopedic setting, she found that when pain plateaued, the pelvic floor was often the key to unlocking further progress. That insight inspired her to pursue pelvic floor training so she could better serve her patients and address them more wholistically.

Taylor earned her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Texas A&M University before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago in 2022.

Outside the clinic, Taylor loves checking out farmer's markets, trying new recipes, and spending time with her family. She has also taken up birdwatching and can often be found on walking trails, binoculars in hand, tracking how the local birds change with the seasons.
