Pelvic floor dysfunction is one of the most common, most costly, and most undertreated conditions in women's health. It touches every stage of life: fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause. And yet for most people, it remains invisible on the benefits landscape, largely because the infrastructure to address it hasn't existed.

Until now.

We're partnering with Carrot, the leading global fertility and family care platform, to bring pelvic floor physical therapy directly into employer benefits. Starting June 1, 2026, Carrot members will have access to our full suite of care: virtual and in-person pelvic floor PT, proprietary digital programs, and the clinical expertise of a provider trusted by more than 10,000 referring providers nationwide.

Why this partnership, why now

The data has been clear for a while. 85% of Carrot members report symptoms related to pelvic floor health (Carrot Pelvic Floor Therapy member survey, 2025). Conditions like incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, painful sex, and postpartum dysfunction affect quality of life and drive real costs: absenteeism, delayed return-to-work timelines, and more intensive medical interventions down the line. For employers offering fertility and family benefits, the pelvic floor gap is a significant and largely unaddressed cost driver.

Pelvic floor physical therapy has historically been hard to find, expensive out-of-pocket, and largely absent from the benefits ecosystem. We're one of the only pelvic health providers in the country to accept insurance, and we're now in-network for over 50 million people, with both virtual and in-person options so members can access treatment that fits their lives.

Carrot brings the distribution, the member trust, and the vision to integrate pelvic health across the full fertility and family care journey. Together, we're filling a gap that's been too long overlooked.

What Carrot members can access

Through the partnership, Carrot members gain access to:

  • Clinical support across fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond
  • Virtual and in-person care with our specialized providers
  • Proprietary digital programs for guided at-home care
  • Financial coverage for eligible therapy visits and copays

The bigger picture

Fertility and family benefits have matured significantly over the last decade, but pelvic health has lagged behind, often treated as peripheral to reproductive care rather than central to it. The clinical evidence says otherwise. Pelvic floor health is foundational across fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause, and treating it as optional has real consequences for members and employers alike.

Our mission has always been to make pelvic floor physical therapy part of the standard of care, accessible to patients regardless of their zip code, their doctor’s awareness, or their ability to pay out-of-pocket. This partnership puts that mission into one of the most important channels in women's health benefits, and gets us closer to the world where pelvic floor care is simply part of how we take care of people.
