Getting Started

1. How do I download The Origin Way app?

  • Search for “The Origin Way” on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  • Or, use these direct links:

2. How do I create an account?

  • When you book your first appointment, you’ll receive an email invitation with instructions to create your Origin account. Set your password and then log in using your email and password.

3. Who can use the app?

  • The app is available to all active Origin patients. Not a patient yet? Book your first appointment to get started!

Account & Login

5. I forgot my password. What should I do?

  • On the log-in screen, tap “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts to reset your password via email.

6. How do I update my personal information (email, phone number, etc.)?

  • Navigate to the hamburger menu (three lines) to locate Settings → Account in the app. Some changes may require contacting support.

7. I didn’t receive my account invitation email. What should I do?

  • Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact support to resend the invitation.

8. How do I log out of the app?

  • Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) → Logout.

10. How do I set up or adjust notifications?

  • Go to the Hamburger menu → Settings → Notifications. Toggle push notifications as desired.
  • For SMS or Email preferences, please refer to your consent forms completed during onboarding.

11. How do I schedule or reschedule an appointment?

  • Select “Visits” from the navigation menu. There you will see your upcoming and previous appointments.
  • To book a new appointment, select “Book” on the top right corner.
  • To reschedule, cancel, or add an appointment to your calendar, select the triple dots next to an appointment and the options will appear.

12. Can I access the app from a tablet or desktop?

  • The app is optimized for smartphones. The app is compatible with iPads.
  • For desktop, log in through the Origin website.

13. What should I do if I accidentally delete the app?

  • Re-download it from your device’s app store and log in with your credentials.

  • Try closing and reopening the app, checking for updates, or restarting your device. If the issue persists, contact our support team at info@theoriginway.com.
