Let us meet you where you are
No need to take time commuting to our office. You can also nix the childcare. We can work around real life.
Zoom in from the comfort of your home. This also helps us see how you move throughout your day, whether it’s picking up a baby or sitting at your desk.
We’ll focus on whatever you need most in the moment so that you leave every session feeling grounded in your body.
A Simple Way To Stay Healthy
“Working with a therapist at the first signs of anything — like back pain when empyting the dishwasher or painful sex once in a blue moon — gives patients the best shot at keeping that small issue from becoming a big one. With virtual care, it’s now possible for patients to reach out any and every time they notice those first signs. They don’t have to disrupt their whole lives to get some answers and solutions.”
— Dr. Celestine Compton, PT, DPT
We wake up every day with one purpose: to help women feel their best, through every stage of life. To do that, we do two things. One, we actively listen to our clients and trust their wisdom about their own bodies. Then we introduce our clients to parts of themselves they may not have known existed. The combination means our clients know themselves better after an appointment than when they show up. Together, we co-create viable care plans rooted in evidence that nurture the innate strength of the female body.
Real Talk FAQs
What should I wear?
Wear clothing that you can move in. Shorts and tank tops make it easiest for your therapist to see pertinent body parts and muscles.
Where do I need to be?
Choose a room that is well-lit and has enough space for you to fully stretch out on the floor.
What equipment will I need, if any?
For your first session, you may not need anything at all, but showing your therapist what you have (yoga mat, weights, bands, foam rollers, etc) will help them build your custom program.
Can my children be with me?
Yes! Sometimes we can use your child as a weight or to practice safe lifting and carrying strategies. But, we also encourage you to give your body the full kid-free attention it deserves, if you’re able.
Can I do virtual and in-person therapy?
Yes, the combination actually allows for the most holistic approach to your care. We can, say, modify your home office virtually while doing manual therapy in-person. Rest assured, sessions over Zoom are HIPAA compliant.
How do you do a pelvic floor exam virtually?
You will never be asked to show your vagina on Zoom. Expect a lot of discussion to determine potential issues. In some cases, your therapist can verbally guide a self-examination of the pelvic floor. You determine your level of comfort and we move from there.
Covered by insurance
Taking care of yourself shouldn’t break the bank. We’re in-network with most insurance plans. You are only responsible for your copay, coinsurance or deductible. Our client experience team will help you understand what you will pay before your appointment, so there are no surprise medical bills.
