Dr. Cara Grant , PT, DPT

Cara Grant, PT, DPT, is a Northern California native who earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Chico State University in 2018.

With a lifelong passion formovement—fueled by over a decade as an Irish dancer—Cara found her calling in physical therapy. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. During her studies, she discovered a deepinterest in pelvic floor physical therapy and the profound impact it can have on improving quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Cara enjoys spending time with family and friends, cuddling her two family dogs (Beaux and Lady), cheering for the Giants, and working on her golf game.
