Our Doors are Open in Austin, TX!

This week, we’re popping champagne bottles and stocking up on dilators as we celebrate our newest in-person clinics in Austin, TX. Back in February, the incredibly talented PTs and staff at Austin’s beloved Sullivan Physical Therapy became part of Origin and we’ve been collaborating ever since to integrate our teams and systems so we can offer a seamless, exceptional patient experience, in-clinic and online.

As of today, patients can book in-person visits at our North Austin clinic, as well as at our satellites in South Austin, Round Rock, and Marble falls. As with all of our clinics, our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space to work with an expert PT and get unwavering support on good days and bad — and we’re especially excited to offer this care in-person in Austin.

“There are so many people moving to Austin and many are leaving most or all of their health care behind,” says Kimberlee Sullivan, PT, DPT, BCB-PMD, founder of Sullivan Physical Therapy, who is joining Origin as Head of Clinical, Texas. “Being able to provide patients — especially those who are pregnant or postpartum — with a new home for their pelvic health and a compassionate community to connect with is so important. For many patients, this may be the one place where they feel heard and are comfortable getting treatment.”

The Best Physical Therapists in Austin

Austin patients looking for in-person care can choose to see any of 13 world-class PTs, all of whom provide pelvic floor and full-body physical therapy and many of whom have areas of special interest, ranging from pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause to pediatric pelvic floor and even pelvic floor for individuals assigned male at birth (a speciality unique to our Austin locations). Check out bios for the entire Austin team here.

On top of providing excellent care, the entire Sullivan Physical Therapy staff is responsible for creating an award-winning patient experience. They’ve been named The Best of the Best in Physical Therapy by the Austin American Statesman for 3 years running, Woman-Owned Business of the Year by Austin Women’s Magazine, and Small Business of the Year by the Austin Chamber of Commerce in addition to many other honors, including the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for ethical business practices.

When it came to choosing a company to grow with, Sullivan had its pick of partners and we’re elated that they landed at Origin. “The happiness of my employees is so important to me,” says Dr. Sullivan, “I chose to join Origin not only because they share my vision to make pelvic floor physical therapy the standard of care, but also because they are committed to making this the single best place to work for pelvic floor PTs and everyone who supports them.”

“Our PTs truly work together, from being available to each other day to day for quick consultations, to engaging in extensive peer-to-peer training.” says Carine Carmy, Co-Founder and CEO of Origin. “Between our existing PTs and those joining under Kimberlee’s leadership, we are creating a pelvic health dream team that will continue to raise the bar for evidence-based, effective care.”

What’s Next in Texas & Beyond
