Dr. Abegail Nobles, PT, DPT
"Abbie earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree with honors in 2000 from the Philippines, where she ranked in the Top 10 of the 2001 national licensure examination. She later completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Utica University in New York in 2017.
With over two decades of international experience spanning the Philippines, United Kingdom, and United States, Abbie has developed a robust clinical background in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation. Her expertise includes manual therapy and therapeutic exercise for spine and joint conditions, as well as the management of conditions such as lumbar and cervical radiculopathy, obstetric back pain, and pelvic girdle dysfunction. Over time, Abbie developed a deep interest in pelvic health physical therapy—an area of specialization inspired by her own pregnancy experience and driven by the desire to address what she recognized as a “missing piece” in comprehensive rehabilitation care.
As a dedicated long-distance and marathon runner, Abbie draws on her personal experiences with endurance, injury prevention, and recovery to empathize with patients working toward functional goals or returning to sport. Running has instilled in her a strong appreciation for consistency, discipline, and goal-setting—values she strives to inspire in her patients. This passion for movement and performance shapes her holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the connection between physical well-being, mental resilience, and lifestyle.
Outside of her professional work, Abbie enjoys training for marathons with her husband, meal prepping gluten-free recipes for her son, and shopping with her daughter. Her commitment to family and active living further enriches her compassionate, whole-person care."
