
Aditi Shah PT, MPT
Aditi strongly believes that pain and discomfort should never be considered "normal." She is especially motivated when she meets patients who have been told to accept pain as a part of daily life or who have limited their activities because of it. Through education, clear communication, and evidence-based care, she strives to help patients understand the root cause of their pain and regain confidence in movement and function. Community education and patient empowerment are central to her approach to care.She has a special interest in treating individuals with pelvic pain, pregnancy-related discomfort, and postpartum recovery, providing compassionate and individualized care during some of life's most physically demanding transitions. She also treats patients with penile anatomy. Her passion for growth and lifelong learning led her to pursue advanced training in pelvic floor physical therapy.
Aditi earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2011 in Mumbai, India. Early in her career, she founded and operated an outpatient physical therapy clinic, where she also developed comprehensive wellness programs focused on injury prevention, posture correction, and patient education. Her early work reflected a strong belief that informed individuals are empowered to take control of their health and long-term well-being.In 2020, Aditi relocated to Frisco, Texas, where she continued her career in outpatient physical therapy, serving in leadership roles as both a Clinic Director and Multi-Site Director.Outside of the clinic, Aditi lives in Frisco with her husband and their two children, Arjun and Aryana. She enjoys dancing, cooking, entertaining, and traveling with her friends and family, and values maintaining balance between her professional dedication and personal life.
