Dr. Arielle Raguine, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
She/Her
Carlsbad

Arielle specializes in pelvic pain, bowel and bladder issues, and pregnancy and postpartum care; concerns that are too often dismissed as "normal" or expected to improve on their own. She is dedicated to helping patients with challenging and sometimes embarrassing problems, treating everyone with dignity, respect for boundaries, and sensitivity to all the facets that make up a whole person. Her goal is always to help patients find what works best for them, believing strongly that recovery and an improved quality of life are possible with the right team.

Arielle is trained in trauma-informed care and incorporates yoga-based movements and breathwork into her practice. She also has a strong foundation in manual therapy techniques to address a wide range of joint, muscle, fascia, and nerve conditions.

Arielle is a physical therapist and a Southern California native. She graduated from PT school at Chapman University in Irvine in 2022. She has extensive treatment experience in an orthopedic setting, including injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She also has experience working in a hospital setting, providing both short- and long-term rehab for a variety of medical conditions.

Outside of work, Arielle is a wife, a mom to a toddler, and the owner of a high-maintenance dog. One of her favorite quotes is, "This lady is both a mom AND a physical therapist — nothing scares her!" She enjoys a bit of thrill-seeking, including roller coasters, ziplining, and getting tumbled by ocean waves. She also appreciates quieter moments like reading under a tree, relaxing in a jacuzzi, or feeling sand beneath her feet. Arielle believes life is full of beautiful experiences, and she strives to help others enjoy them with less pain, less leaking, and more confidence.
