Dr. Courtney Mynatt, PT, DPT
Courtney graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2020. While in school, she was a therapy technician where she gained hands-on knowledge about many orthopedic conditions. She also spent time shadowing various specialities such as pelvic health and pediatrics. Courtney then started graduate school at Wichita State University in 2020 and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023.
Courtney has been interested in pelvic health since starting graduate school. She gained hands-on experience after being mentored at her first job. Her interest grew after having a baby of her own and dealing with pelvic health issues during pregnancy and postpartum. Courtney has a passion for helping patients build confidence in returning to their various goals. She has a strong background in orthopedic conditions and believes in getting to the root cause of their pelvic issue by treating patients as a whole, not just based on their diagnosis. Courtney ensures that her patients feel heard and supported during their treatment.
When Courtney is not treating patients, she enjoys family time with her husband and daughter, taking her 2 dogs on walks, exploring different restaurants and breweries around Houston, and reading.
