Elaine is a Pelvic Floor and Orthopedic Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience helping patients restore strength, function, and confidence in their bodies. Licensed in California, New York, and New Jersey, she specializes in women's health, pelvic floor therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and sports-related injuries. She especially enjoys supporting patients experiencing lower back pain, sciatica, hip and sacroiliac joint dysfunctions, neck pain, diastasis recti, postpartum recovery, lymphedema, and post-surgical care including shoulder, hip, and knee replacements.

Elaine blends evidence-based physical therapy with a holistic approach, drawing from her advanced training in pelvic floor therapy, Pilates for rehabilitation, manual therapy, and over 500 hours of yoga instruction. She was inspired to deepen her understanding of the pelvic floor after her own cesarean delivery, when she experienced lower back pain and diastasis recti symptoms, a personal journey that informs her compassionate, patient-centered care. Known for her collaborative style, Elaine creates a safe and empowering environment where patients feel seen, heard, and supported as they restore not only physical function but also confidence and ease in their daily lives.Outside of work, you'll find her hiking beautiful trails, practicing yoga, playing pickleball, or spending quality time with her daughter.
