Dr. Jessica Grekov, PT, DPT, CAPP-Pelvic, CAPP-OB
Jessica earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University and holds CAPP-Pelvic and CAPP-OB certifications through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Her journey into pelvic health began with a tailbone injury while snowboarding, which gave her a personal understanding of just how much pelvic pain can affect daily life. Guiding patients through pelvic floor dysfunction is incredibly meaningful to Jessica. She finds it rewarding to see people return to the activities they love, free from pain or shame, and to accompany them on the profound journey of feeling like themselves again. Understanding the mental and emotional impact pelvic health challenges can have, she is committed to creating a safe space where patients feel comfortable sharing their stories and recognizing the possibility of healing.
Jessica has a special interest in treating pelvic pain and supporting birth preparation. She enjoys helping people feel strong, confident, and informed going into labor and delivery, especially when so much of the experience can feel unpredictable and overwhelming. She believes empowering patients with tools and knowledge can make all the difference in the intrapartum and postpartum experience. Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with animals. Her goal in her personal and professional life is to build a supportive environment where people feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely listened to. For her, practicing pelvic PT is a privilege to help people reclaim their lives.
