Dr. Jessica Leibowitz PT, DPT
Jess prioritizes creating an inclusive, judgment-free space where people feel safe discussing symptoms that are often stigmatized. She believes education is empowering and partners closely with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and values. Her approach is patient-centered, focused on understanding how movement, lifestyle, and lived experience all influence the healing process.
Jess is especially drawn to working with patients experiencing pelvic pain, dyspareunia, and incontinence, and supporting people through prenatal and postpartum care. She's seen how often people are dismissed or told pelvic floor concerns are ""normal,"" and the gap in accessible, informed care, especially for underrepresented populations, is why she believes this work is essential. Practicing yoga and rock climbing for many years has deepened her understanding of breath, body awareness, and the role of deep stabilizing muscles, which shapes how she supports patients as they build strength and confidence in their bodies.
Jess earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Boston University in 2018 and began her career in acute care within large hospital systems. Working in fast-paced hospital environments strengthened her clinical reasoning and taught her how to provide calm, steady support during vulnerable moments. Her interest in pelvic health stems from her belief in holistic wellness and the understanding that a functional pelvic floor is essential to total body stability.
Outside of the clinic, Jess enjoys running her small herbal tea business, rock climbing, hiking with her dachshund mix, and planning her next adventure.
