Dr. Lauren Edmond PT, DPT

Physical Therapist Lead
She/Her
Glendale

Lauren grew up in Southern California spending most of her time in a basketball gym and was introduced to Physical Therapy at a young age after her multiple injuries. During high school she had an opportunity to do an internship at a pediatric physical therapy clinic and from that moment on she knew that she wanted to be a physical therapist. Lauren received her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Cal State University, Fullerton in 2018 and in 2022 she graduated from her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA.

Prior to receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Lauren was first exposed to Women's health specialty involving Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy while working in a PT clinic during her undergraduate years. She immediately fell in love with understanding women’s health and wanting to be an advocate for women after seeing her own mother and other family members struggle with various Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions. Lauren hopes to be a voice for her patients, to empower them to learn more about their bodies, to normalize pelvic floor discussions, to not be afraid of the unknown, and to live fearlessly without pelvic floor dysfunctions limiting their quality of life. Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and their golden doodle Lilo, and visiting her family. If she’s not out trying every new coffee shop she sees, she’s either curled up on her couch with a new book or a spontaneous crafting adventure that she watched one video on social media and convinced herself she could make it herself.
