She partners with her clients to co-create energizing routines that foster lasting well-being. Her clinical interests and expertise include pregnancy and postpartum care, birth preparation, pelvic pain, stress incontinence, and supporting individuals as they return to sexual activity, running, or weight lifting postpartum.Sari first became interested in pelvic floor physical therapy during graduate school, pursuing continuing education in the field even before graduating. During her first post-graduate year, working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, she treated a patient whose low back pain was linked to c-section scar tissue and a past traumatic labor experience. Supported by this transformative encounter, Sari realized her calling lay in pelvic floor PT, with a passion for creating safe spaces to process and discuss topics that are often considered taboo. As a new mother herself, Sari especially enjoys guiding clients through the pregnancy and postpartum journey, helping individuals reclaim joy, confidence, and meaningful connection in their bodies. She values early postpartum care for its power to reduce pain, optimize healing, enhance function, and promote a deep mind-body connection. Outside of work, Sari enjoys playing outdoors and chasing after her toddler.
