Origin 6th Anniversary Sweatshirt Giveaway: Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
2. Sponsor. The Origin Way, Inc. ("Sponsor").
3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on April 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on April 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period").
5. How to Enter.
Method 1 (Instagram): During the Entry Period, (a) follow @theoriginway on Instagram and (b) comment on the official Giveaway post by tagging at least one (1) friend. Each unique comment tagging a different friend constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entries per person via this method.
Method 2 (Alternate Method of Entry): To enter without using Instagram, hand-print on paper your full legal name, complete mailing address (including city, state, and ZIP code), daytime telephone number, and email address and mail your entry in a stamped envelope to: The Origin Way, Inc. – 6th Anniversary Giveaway 11980 San Vicente Blvd Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90049. Mail-in entries must be received by April 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or illegible entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail. All entry methods provide equal odds of winning.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. On or about April 25, 2026, Sponsor will select five (5) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message or email within three (3) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification with a valid U.S. mailing address to claim the prize. If a potential winner fails to respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Prizes. Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Origin branded crewneck sweatshirt. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prizes, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
8. Odds of Winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
9. General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to (a) comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding; (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize; and (c) grant Sponsor the right to use the entrant's name, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Instagram Disclaimer. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability related to this Giveaway.
11. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for Giveaway administration and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at [https://www.theoriginway.com/privacy-policy]. Sponsor will not sell entrants' personal information to third parties.
12. Governing Law. This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. By participating in the Giveaway, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that the Sponsor, its parent company and each of its affiliates; advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents: (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity, or from acceptance, awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
By participating in the Giveaway, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Giveaway Results.
