Why does my location matter for remote sessions?
For us to comply with clinical requirements, our clinicians must be licensed in the state where you receive services. This means you need to be located in the state where you registered your appointment with us at booking, even for virtual sessions. If we can't verify your location, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply. Learn more about our cancellation policy here.
