Bio

Moni is a first generation Nigerian-American, born and raised in Houston TX. She graduated from Langston University with a Bachelors of Science in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation in 2018. Moni then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Baylor University in 2020. Moni’s passion for pelvic health began as a student in physical therapy school learning about the maternal mortality rates for black and native women and looking for a way to play a role in educating her patients and advocating for her community.

Moni is passionate about the work she does and utilizes holistic approaches to meet women exactly where they are. She takes pride in providing each patient with resources to move with less pain, move safely, and move feeling strong. Her goal as a therapist is to create an individualized approach to assist her patients to feel empowered physically, mentally, and to reach their personal optimum level of wellness.

In her down time, Moni enjoys working out, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
