She/Her

Clinical Director

Towson

I have been a physical therapist for over 16 years now and absolutely love what I do.  I have worked in a variety of clinical settings; evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic injuries and surgeries to women's health issues to neurological dysfunctions.  My clinical interests and expertise include treating the "whole body."  I understand that a surgery or a pain issue involves assessing and treating the whole body in order to get patients back to their function and to live a fuller life.  My mission with starting TO THE CORE centers on treating the whole person and getting you back to doing what you need to do and what you love to do.

I specialize in women's and men's pelvic floor health.

For women, I have had extensive training in evaluating and treating issues that are specific to women; from working with female athletes to pre- and post-partum moms to addressing issues before and after menopause.  Some diagnoses include: patellofemoral pain syndrome, ACL tears, runner's knee, neck and back pain, sciatica, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, painful intercourse (dyspareuina), diastasis recti ("mommy tummy"), interstitial cystitis, endometriosis pain, vulvodynia, vestibulitis, and more.  Please contact me with any questions!

For men, I have also had extensive training in assessing and treating issues that are specific to men including erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, bowel incontinence, and pre-prostatectomy education and treating post-prostatectomy dysfunctions.  Contact me today if you have any questions or concerns!
