Laura Rubin, PT, DPT
Laura Rubin was born and raised in Los Angeles, and she completed her undergraduate degree at Yeshiva University in New York City, where she majored in Biology. Laura then returned to sunny California to attend CSUN’s doctorate program in physical therapy.
Laura became passionate about women’s health physical therapy when she was pregnant during her second year of PT school. She was able to gain firsthand knowledge of pregnancy and postpartum while learning the foundations of physical therapy, and realized how vital the support PT provides can be to women in this stage of life.
Laura feels very fortunate to have completed her last clinical rotation at Origin, where she was able to delve into the world of pelvic health. Laura is extremely passionate about treating pregnancy and postpartum stages, as well as treating sexual, urinary, and fecal dysfunction.
In her spare time, she likes to hike with her husband and son, and explore different cuisines through cooking.
